What should I send for a quote?
Send the best source you have, even if it is a small image or a scanned sketch. Include the intended use, final dimensions, desired file format and any machine or supplier requirements. If you have a preferred deadline, include it too.
Do you create new designs or logos?
My service is manual redrawing and preparation of existing artwork. I do not offer original design or new logo creation. Please supply an image, sketch, logo or existing vector as the starting point.
Which software and file formats do you use?
I work with CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator, with Photoshop for supporting image work. Delivery can include SVG, DXF, AI, EPS or CDR, depending on the task. The required format, software version and file structure are agreed before work begins.
Will the file work with my machine or supplier?
Please share their specifications first: dimensions, units, kerf or other tolerances if needed. I prepare files to the agreed brief. Your workshop should confirm suitability and run any required production tests.
How much does it cost, and how long does it take?
Each file is assessed individually. Price and timing depend on the source quality, complexity and technical requirements. I confirm both after reviewing the file, before starting the work.
How do invoicing and payment work?
We agree the work, price and timing by message. I invoice through my registered business: businesses pay through Payoneer, and individuals receive a Paylink payment link. The available methods are shown on the payment page.
