This policy explains what happens to your data when you visit this site or contact me about vector tracing and file preparation.

When you visit
Vercel hosts this site and processes technical request data, including IP address, browser, page and time, to deliver and protect it. Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated visit statistics, such as pages viewed, referring sites, approximate location and device type. It uses no advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. URL parameters and section anchors are removed before reporting. Visitor session identifiers expire after 24 hours. No messages, artwork or payment details are sent to analytics. There are no user accounts or file-upload forms. Vercel Speed Insights also measures loading, responsiveness and visual stability to help improve the site.
Your theme preference
If you change the theme, the site saves “vectorized-theme” in your browser’s local storage. It contains only your light or dark preference, stays on your device and can be removed through your browser settings. No advertising cookies are set by this site.
When you send a message
I receive the contact details, messages and artwork you choose to send by email, WhatsApp or Telegram. I use them to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out agreed work and manage invoicing. Providing them is voluntary; I need the relevant source and a way to reply to assess a task. Please send only information needed for the project.
Purposes and retention
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, handling a quote or an order is based on taking steps at your request or performing our agreement; required accounting records are kept for legal obligations. Site security, aggregate audience measurement and managing business enquiries serve legitimate interests. Enquiries and working files are kept while needed for the discussion, agreed work, follow-up or a dispute; business records are kept for applicable legal retention periods. You can ask about or request deletion of your data.
Services and international processing
Email, WhatsApp and Telegram open only when you choose their links. Your chosen provider processes your message under its own terms and privacy policy. Vercel and communication providers may process information in countries other than yours; I work from Armenia. Their policies describe their locations and transfer safeguards. I do not sell your data or use your enquiry for automated profiling.
Your choices and rights
Write to qwizord@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on the law that applies, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent where it is relied on, or complain to your competent data-protection authority. Some records may need to be retained by law. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made automatically.
